Description Ganesh is a hand-cut paper artwork inspired by one of the most recognized and revered figures in Indian culture. Known as the remover of obstacles, Ganesh represents wisdom, compassion, new beginnings, and spiritual strength.

Created from five carefully layered pieces of paper, this work combines traditional symbolism with a contemporary approach to paper cutting. Behind the figure of Ganesh, a detailed mandala and radiating rays create a sense of energy, balance, and sacred presence.

The intricate patterns and layered construction reflect the patience and precision behind each hand-cut piece. Every line and shape is carefully carved to create a connection between craftsmanship, spirituality, and visual harmony.

Through Ganesh, I wanted to explore themes of peace, unity, and the power of inner strength. The artwork honors an ancient symbol that has inspired generations while presenting it through my own process of layered paper and contemporary design.
